Children's Ministry
FPC welcomes the opportunity to serve the children of this community and congregation.
Our activities are designed to teach children about Jesus in a high energy, kid-friendly way.
The Children’s Ministry of FPC serves children from birth through sixth grade, and their families, by providing weekly Sunday School, mid-week discipleship, and family events throughout the year. We commit to engage all children with God’s truths through relevant Bible teaching, music, small group discussion, large group worship, and age-appropriate activities.
KIDSQUEST on Wednesdays:
On Wednesday afternoons, immediately following school, children aged 4 - 6th grade, are welcomed for an energetic Bible-based study called KidsQuest. Corinth Elementary students are picked up by our bus, and the middle schoolers walk over with the assistance of a member of our staff. They begin in the Fellowship Hall with a snack and drink, then have some free time of fellowship outside or inside, with various activities and games offered. Children are then divided by age group for the days' Bible lesson, and some praise and worship. The children are also encouraged to participate in Biblical memory work. KidsQuest ends at 5:30 p.m. when parents pick up their children outside the Fellowship Hall.
